Aiyu Jelly Bahan-bahan

  • 20g Aiyu seeds​
  • 1.2 litres of mineral water​

Orange Syrup​ Bahan-bahan

  • Peel from 1 Sunkist® Navel orange​
  • Juice from 1 Sunkist® Navel orange​
  • ½ cup of sugar​
  • ¼ cup of water​

Assembly​ Bahan-bahan

  • Juice from 1 Sunkist® Navel orange
  • 1 Sunkist® Navel orange, sliced​
  • Mint leaves (as garnish)​
  • 3 tbsp Ice (optional)​

Aiyu Jelly

Cara-cara

  1. Place aiyu seeds into a muslin bag and secure tightly.​
  2. Fill a bowl with mineral water.​
  3. Rub the bag of aiyu seeds in the water for about 5 minutes until the water turns golden and slightly slippery.​
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight until the jelly sets and firms up

Orange Syrup​

Cara-cara

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and orange peel.​
  2. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens slightly.
  3. Remove and discard the orange peel, then stir in the fresh orange juice.​
  4. Set aside to cool.​

Assembly​

Cara-cara

  1. Juice one Sunkist® Navel orange and set aside.​
  2. Peel another orange and slice into thin rounds.​
  3. Scoop the aiyu jelly into serving bowls.​
  4. Add ice if desired, pour over fresh orange juice, and drizzle with orange syrup.​
  5. Garnish with orange slices and a mint leaf.​

Serving & Storage​

  1. Best served chilled and fresh.​
  2. Aiyu jelly can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
