Aiyu Jelly
Cara-cara
- Place aiyu seeds into a muslin bag and secure tightly.
- Fill a bowl with mineral water.
- Rub the bag of aiyu seeds in the water for about 5 minutes until the water turns golden and slightly slippery.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight until the jelly sets and firms up
Orange Syrup

- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and orange peel.
- Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens slightly.
- Remove and discard the orange peel, then stir in the fresh orange juice.
- Set aside to cool.
Assembly

- Juice one Sunkist® Navel orange and set aside.
- Peel another orange and slice into thin rounds.
- Scoop the aiyu jelly into serving bowls.
- Add ice if desired, pour over fresh orange juice, and drizzle with orange syrup.
- Garnish with orange slices and a mint leaf.

- Aiyu jelly can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
